Covid has changed our world. To those who are planning a wedding, here is my Covid-19 Wedding Action Plan. Let’s plan that wedding! To my JTP clients, I am here for you and with you. I am a phone call, text, or email away. I want to help you make your wedding happen!

Should we cancel our engagement session, wedding or elopement?

It is crazy that this question is even coming out of our mouths. But it is, so here goes. Engagement sessions are obviously way easier to reschedule than weddings and elopements. But it is still stressful for you and your fiance to plan around, I get it.

I would suggest rescheduling over canceling!! If your wedding (date) is being canceled, I am happy to work with you on rescheduling your date, or making your wedding happen in a different way. It may look different than originally planned, but it can still be a wonderful celebration of your love and commitment. I still want to give you an awesome experience and beautiful images that show your love, whether that looks like moving your wedding date, or replanning a smaller celebration or elopement on the date you already have reserved. Let’s chat about how we can make your wedding happen.

I will be very transparent about openings on my calendar.

If I, or anyone in my family becomes ill or is exposed to Covid- 19 I will communicate this with you, but rest assured, I am taking all precautions to stay healthy.

If I become ill during the pandemic, I will send my assistant, or someone who is equally skilled to capture your wedding day. I will personally edit the images the same as if I took them.

Not charge a rebooking fee.

Allow you to change to a new date within 2020-2021. I am here for you, this pandemic is unfortunate for everyone and I am trying my best to be flexible and accommodate for your needs.

I hate awkward conversations, believe me, no one does. . Unfortunately, those non-refundable retainer/deposit fees will not be refunded. So, let’s work together to find a new date that would work for all of us. Even though the future may be unforeseeable, I am absolutely down for using what you already paid as credits for a future session together.

We are in this together, so here is what I need from you.

If you are feeling unwell prior to or after our session please let me know immediately, even if it is mild.

Thinking about rescheduling your wedding, please keep me in the loop! I am here to serve you! I want to be a part of your wedding day and will do my best to accommodate your needs. However, I need to be a part of the discussion to make that happen for you.
